Default Diagnostic help needed

My Baby Girl is a 1999 RX300 with 180,000 miles. I'm having issues with the CEL coming on and going off, I took her to Autozone recently and they told me she is throwing a code for 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 2. I replaced the sensor (all of the 02 sensors actually) about 18 months ago. Went with the OEM sensors after reading the issues that some have with the aftermarkets. Here is where my confusion comes in:

I fill up my gas tank and the CEL is on. When the gas gauge drops to about 3/4 tank, the CEL will go out. It will stay out until the gas gauge drops to about 1/4 tank and then it comes back on.

My husband thinks I'm crazy and says that one has nothing to do with the other. I think there is something wrong other than the 02 sensor. My guess would be something with the fuel system. Any help would be most appreciated.

P.S. Here are the repairs I've made so far in the last 3 years: New MAF, all 02 sensors, new gas cap, one coil pack on cylinder 2, new spark plugs, cleaned IACV, new battery, new fuel pump assembly. I used all OEM parts.

I have the same trouble with my 99 Lexus RX300. The code is 1310 which is the #3 coil. If I run an injector cleaner through the gas, the car runs really smooth until that tank of gas is gone.

I wouldnt suspect the cleaner would cause your code to go away...That doesnt make sense. Did you replace coil #3. The code doesnt really lead to that coil. Usually it is something like P0301, P0303 etc....

I was only going by what my mechanice said the 1310 code was. What is your determination of a 1310 code on my 99 Lexus rx300?

I would replace coil pack number 3 or swap with another to see if code changes...here is another thread with your code....my apologies I just have never seen this code.
