Back Door Struts

Hi everyone
Does anyone know if there is a way to bring back to live your struts on back door?

If NO, could someone recommend where to buy some new ones on a Lexus RX300.

i must start reading more carefully.....i misread 'Struts' but anyways:

I just replaced my with struts depot ones for very cheap, after trying to bring life back to them.
