Default Chrome exhaust pipe tips?

I was thinking about putting a chrome exhaust pipe tip on my RX300, but wanted to get any info and comments from others first. Is it a problem that the end of the pipe bends down? I have never actually seen one installed on the street. Anyine have any pictures of any?

Default I picked one up @ Pep Boys

I picked one up for $25 @ Pep Boys. I am not crazy about it cause it sticks out a bit and bends down (Look like it needs some Viagra or something) but it is alot nicer than leaving it as is. I will probably look for something that fits better.

Here is a link to my pics

Here u go..........these are factory insalled ones. My car came like this. The end extends all the way to the muffler. And its kind of thick-rolled lip look, definitely much better than without the tip, but still i would love to have a full exhaust:

JohnsRX: That factory tip looks great.

I'm a bit worried about getting a normal straight one because the pipe is bent down and it would end up looking kinda silly otherwise.

I found the following "factory" tip for sale online for $85. Kinda steep I think.

Anyone know of a cheaper place to get one with the correct bend in it?

Does putting a tip on alter the sound or engine performance in any way?

JohnsRX,
Hi, a side question. Is your RX right side driving? Since it's in Taiwan, is it the other way around like Japan? Just wondering and if you have pics on that. Much appreciated.
