Airbag light started flashing

Airbag light started flashing
My airbag light started flashing a few weeks ago.
Looking through the forums, I'm still unclear what the flashing airbag light means. CEL is not on, and OBD scanner says no fault codes.
Has anyone had an experience like this?

(2003 RX300, w/99K miles. AFAIK, airbag has never been deployed.)

had similar problem..no code on the scanner....clock spring was the problem,it was replaced and since then about a year ago the light has been off..cost was $450 just in case you want to know.
my best advise unless you are really knowledgeable about this is take it to good shop...a sensor could bad too..a few things to consider when this light comes on... the bag itself could be damaged
a bad wire.. etc.. etc
