Drivetrain Vibration
Sometimes, when my 1999 RX300 is stopped at a light, the drivetrain will suddenly vibrate loudly. This problem also seems to happen when the car is stopped on an incline, like while waiting for a drawbridge to close. This only happens when the car is in drive; shift to park and it goes away. What do you guys think the problem is, and will Lexus cover it under the certified pre-owned warranty(it has 52,000 miles)?

Update
Just an update on this issue: My dealer diagnosed the problem as a bad engine mount, and is replacing all three of them under warranty.

Yah baybee... cool points for me
Sounded like an engine mount problem... glad you're getting it taken care of!
LexRX, yes I can definitely feel it when the AC kicks in... manually or automatically. The RPM's change and I feel a slight tweak of the car when it happens... but I can feel the RX rocking when the windshield wipers are going full blast too... so never something I worry about.
