Buzzing sound on throttle advance
Hello all I recently purchased a OBD2 code reader and that is what led me to discover this new symptom, I had the engine off but the key turned to on and I would slowly push the throttle and i would hear a buzzing sound it made the sound when the throttle is pushed a tiny bit then held there after you advance it more it goes away? It is coming from somewhere under the intake where the throttle valves are, it sounds like a servo moving, it doesn't sound like anything that should be a concern, i.e. gears grinding or electrical arching, I just wanted to know what it was coming from.
Also upon reading the throttle amount with the code reader it was only opening to 70% throttle and upon rotating the throttle linkage by hand it would go to 76% then hit a metal stopper, I then adjusted the linkage to pull it to 76% with the pedal rather than only 70% original. Is this a safety feature or is there something wrong, also when looking inside the intakes the valves arent going all the way flat like I have seen in other engines, can they be adjusted?
