Default Blacked out wheels

Hi all. New to owning a Lexus but not new to repairing them. It's been several years since I've wrenched full time so I'm a little behind the times but feel free to "Ask a mechanic".

My question is, has anyone ever blacked out there stock wheels, or installed aftermarket black wheels? I don't want 20's or even 19's for that matter but I think black rims would look really nice on my Maroon RX.

Welcome to Club Lexus!
I think there are a few people who have blacked out their rims. You can probably find pictures on cardomain. But, I"m not sure if there's any threads on here.

I don't remember anyone blacking out the stock wheels, but it's something I am contemplating via powdercoating next time I have to get new tires.

Didn't Zombie and Cheung black out some 2gen wheels for their 300s? I think Zombie just hit his with a spray can to see how it would look. His car was black on black so it looked pretty sinister with the black wheels.

That's what I needed thanks. I like the gloss look better for a street ride and matte better for a utility off road look. The 330 wheels look better as well. What size wheels and tires are the 330's?

the black looks nice glossy, I approve. Mine aren't black I did my 330 wheels in graphite so they're lighter but I also have a silver car.

I just found some 18's off a 350. Are they the same fit as the 330?
