Quick ?
When I replaced the spark plugs. Should I have replaced the boots as well?

do you mean the oil ring seals? If so no....As for the coil pack on top, only if you had a problem, or there was corrosion....

It wouldn't be a bad time to do it since you're in there, but I didn't -- saw no reason to spend the extra money. I'm no expert, though!
