Reading through the instructions on replacing the actuator it seems like it would be doable, even for someone who is not as mechanically inclined at myself. So I am planning to give it a try. However, I have a few questions:

How do I take the interor panel off? Any instructions (with pics) available?
Anyone know the part number for a 2001 RX300?
Is there a member in Austin, TX who has done this, and willing to help in case I hit a snag?

Thanks,
Camron

Yes. There is a thread here that gives detailed instructions plus pics on how to remove the door panel. It's been a couple years since I did it so I can't give you the link but you should be able to find it easily using the search engine.

I did the rear passenger side using the same tool and procedure, no problem. $8 fix! seems easier than the front, just wiggle around to get the actuator assembly out. Don't dissemble anything and don't force. Just need to remove the the four T30 bolts. Thanks Guys.

[QUOTE=McCloud;6260699]This past week I followed the instructions for replacing the little motors in both my front doors. Sorry guys. I come from the OEM side from my days with Bosch.
