Default Brake pad part number same as highlander?

Have a 2001 RX300 AWD.

Lexus is saying that they see two different part numbers of brake pads for that model and have to use VIN to distinguish.

Is it the same brake pads as the same year's highlander V6?
I want to find out how much Lexus might be overcharging for their parts. Thanks.

Fronts are the same as Camry, Avalon, ES300 and Solara.

Rears are the same as Camry, Celica, Solara, ES300, ES250.

The year matters, but not exactly one off parts.

OE pads run $45 for front or rear from Irontoad.
