Default speedometer light replacement

Hey everyone. So i have a 99' rx300 and the speedometer lights have become VERY dim. I was wondering if its a simple fix or something that would require me to bring to a mechanic, and what kind of bulb would i need.

Thanks

There is a circular switch which controls how bright the gauges and what not are. It's located on the left side of the steering wheel. I can't give you an exact location right now as my car is out right now but if need be I can post a picture later today when the car is back. I think the switch may be located on the black trim around the gauges...can't remember for certain though. Let me know, if you want me to post pics later.

Edit: Look at the picture which I just added, that's the **** which you need to turn.
