Need some assistance from you experienced 1st Gen RX guys. I have a 2001-2003 shift assembly with the woodgrain **** off an RX300 on it's way. I am going to put the woodgrain **** in my 01 ES300. I was hoping one of you could tell me how to remove it from the shift assembly without damaging it (I already damaged the stock ES300 ****, so I need this one undamaged) while also keeping the O/D cables intact. Any advice will really be appreciated. Thanks.

 

Anyone? I gotta figure this out by tomorrow when the assembly arrives.
