Winter tire pressure?

Winter tire pressure?
so in the summer when temps are between 60 f and 109 F I keep my tires at 31.5 PSI cold
In the winter..this is my first winter with my rx ever
they were at 31.5 a month ago and now temps are down to 31 F and my tires all read 27.6 PSI cold
should i shove more air in up to 31.5 again? or leave it?
I don't know how cold weather changes tire pressure or if I should put more air in or what
I know that a few psi really changes handling and such..so Im curious to know what I should do
P.s. temps here will stay in the 30's for the rest of winter

EDIT: a quick read showed me I need to inflate my tires all up to 31.5 again in the winter...
naturally every -10 F cooler it gets tire pressure down 1-2 PSI

I've never read anything other than to keep the tire pressure constant year-around. This means releasing air when the temperatures get warmer, and adding air when the temperatures get colder. I keep my air pressure at 32 PSI, so I think you are in the right range.

I recall from my last set of tires on my LS430 nitrigen keeps tires at a consistent pressure alot better than regular air. I run regular air in my new Michelins and I am always adjusting the air level monthly. I am going to upgrade to nitrogen soon as it is alot easier on my 50 y/o back to not keep dinking around.
