Anyone else have a problem with their ABS light?

I've had a problem almost since day 1 with the ABS light coming on intermittenly. I have taken it to the dealer several times, and they always say they can't find anything wrong. They say bring it back while the light is still on so they can hook it up to the computer, but when I did I sat so long waiting for the service personnel that I finally had to turn the car off before it ran out of gas. Then of course when I start the car back up, the ABS light is off! It's a '99.

Any suggestions?
