This happened when I got new tires on several months ago. I forgot to ask and just remembered.
When they did the alignment they said the front right adjustment was at it's max. In other words, maxed out in one direction but can go the other way but that way will make it worse. They were able to get a slight turn on it and it's within limits.
So, is this a concern? Why is this one maxed out and the others aren't?

Blue- Did they say what adjustment they were talking about? There are no caster or camber adjustments on the front or rear of an RX. Only toe adjustments. I don't like to see toe adjusted very far out of neutral (pretty much the same thread showing on both sides), because that is generally a sign that something is bent (from slamming a curb or the like) I would find out exactly what is off and correct it rather than just making compensation by adjusting. I have VERY STRONG reason for saying that. I'm not sure whether whoever told you that is highly reliable (honest) or not, only you know that. I wish there were more competent and honest tradespeople out there!
They must mean the caster or camber was just out of spec as if it were toe, this can be easily adjusted. There is no adjustment (compensatory or otherwise) for caster or camber on the RX300. You can buy "alignment adjustment shims" which go at the top of the struts for a degree or two of change. And in some cases, there's enough play in the nuts at the top and bottom of the strut to effect a very minor change, if you "jimmy" them enough. Most alignment shops won't do this, though.
You should have received a "before" and "after" printout of the alignment. Post the specs that were out of alignment on the "after" reading.
Interesting, when I had the tires replaced in 2005 and had the alignment checked. They told me that the adjustment was nearly out in one direction on the front passenger side.
This time, different shop and second time doing the alignment and they state the same thing. I'm worried that what Code said, something may be bent before I got it.

I'll look and see if I kept the print out...
were your old tires wearing evenly?,if they were then I wouldnt even worry about it.
We need to see the specs to really see what is going on. I used to have a troublesome issue on the front right side due to having a busted shock, but haven't seen any unusual activity on that side since, no wear issues or anything, since I got back from Mexico.
