Default DIY Catalytic Converter P1305-P1325

OK Again I ask the experts for help. I replaced the MAF and sensors before Cat Conv. Still get fault codes for Missfires. All Cylinders...Called Lexus and made an appointment for diagnosis checkup. Service guy stated that he think Cat Converter is shot and clog not allowing exhaust to pass by.

1) Does anyone have experience with all the P1300 -P1350 codes and the resolution.

2) Lexus stated that OEM Cat/Conv was $2K . Is this a DIY without a life? I have done BMW but never gone up and under RX300.

99 RX300 has 110K miles...do you think Cat/Conv could be the culprit? Trying to save $$ but once at the dealer, I am afrain I just want it fixed.

Even repair manual doesn't sat crap..online...

Come on folks...whats the ansers or theories...

Sorry, I was replying to one of your posts and not this one. Yes, OEM cats can be high. The thing here is you don't know offhand if it is the main OEM cats or one of the two precats upstream. Sometimes you can bang them and hear a rattle. It's hard to say fully now that you add this without seeing it firsthand.
