Thanks to the forum!
Using the resources in this group I successfully completed a couple of minor DIY tasks on my 2000 last weekend: The Instrument Panel "Drive" indicator bulb and replacement of the radio antenna.
The antenna required removal and disassembly of the motor as the nylon "tail" was broken in two places and trapped in the motor housing.
The motor disassembly/reassembly was straightforward as i had been led to expect.
Again thanks to the members who took the time to post detailed illustrated instructions.
I have new door lock actuators on the way and will let you know how I make out.

My car is Black with Ivory inside
I didn't make before pics, but still working on it, will post my progress
ps. dash is charcoal (w/e color that is)
