I don`t necessarily believe the KYB struts are not any good,you can get bad ones with any of them.The weather is fantastic- about 75 right now, but then the weather is normally good in Kaliforni. We live about 4 mi from the beach so it moderates the weather pretty much year around. Have a great week Lexus!

Sorry Lexus, I didn't realize that, I always thought KYB was good stuff. The only KYB that I ever had was original shocks on a Mitsubishi Sport pu that I owned in the '80's. I actually had 3 of them, 2 Dodges and 1 Mits. Man those things would fly with that 2.6. Back on subject, I don't actually own a Lexus, it's my DIL's, I just do all the work on it. Love to learn, and I will say I have learned a ton on that RX. It still has the original struts at 130k mi. and I would change them but she's still happy with it so, we'll let it go for now.
