seat heater switch

does anyone know if the dual position heater switches will work in a 99 with the single on/off switch. i would much rather have hi/lo settings. what would i need to make it work?

The wire harness will definitely be different, and I would assume there is an extra relay for each seat.

It would probably quite a bit of work to retro that feature.
