Default Speaker size?

I have a 2000 RX and was wondering what is the speaker size? I am in the process of upgrading the speakers to aftermarket coxials.

As usual, for OEM speakers (especially Toyota), they are a custom size that will require adapter rings for aftermarket speakers. Moreover, they are high efficiency speakers (probably much higher than any replacements you can get) so the amplifier may end up being underpowered.

Updating the audio system in high end vehicles is always a crap-shoot (ask any BMW owner). But if you do it, post the results here and let us know how it turns out.
