I think you got a fair deal, lot cheaper than the dealerships....

 

Sounds like a fair price for the rebuild. Also $200 sounds very cheap for a lifetime warranty. I am assuming it is the standard AAMCO lifetime warranty which is honered at all AAMCO shops. There is almost one on every corner. Just check the terms and conditions of the warranty. Some warranties require annual service at the providers shop which could run up the price.
