Maybe a local junk yard, but look for a highlander (doubt you`d find a Lexus). Also their is an e-bay seller LKQ I think he goes by.Try that too.

There was a parts diagram I was looking at the other day, and I don't remember seeing a part number for those clamps, but it had a lot of parts numbers for other parts of the air assembly (including a lot of the parts I tossed out over the years).

It'd be interesting to see a photo of how it is broken as maybe we can come up with other ideas.

I kind of swore when I still had my OEM box something like this happened and my uncle ended up fabricating some kind of pin we put in there (had to heat up the metal pin) and then stick it through the plastic, so that the clamp could come down on it. That box is now in some dump back in Mexico.

FYI, my parts diagram shows different numbers by year. Only numbers for both top and bottom and top alone are listed on my diagram.

Top and Bottom (air cleaner assembly)
1999 17700-20080
00-02 17700-20130

Top alone (air cleaner cover)
1999 17705-20070
to 5-00 17705-20100
from 5-00 and 01-02 17705-20140

If you're ever driving through Arlington VA, stop by and I'll take a look at it. Pop-riveting something into the plastic comes to mind.

Sticking a nail through it literally sounds like what my uncle once did with my airbox.
