Question Manifold Gaskets

Getting ready to change knock sensors tomorrow on '99 RX300. Simple question- do I need to use any type of gasket sealer or cement when I replace upper and lower intake manifold gaskets? Also do I need to replace throttle body gasket, or should I leave throttle body attached? Thanks!

I might be wrong about this, but on the actual sequence of reinstallation of the intake manifold (Service manual page EM-69) they don't mention a thing about adhesive being applied. However, I know from experience that I remember between those two pieces (I remember seeing this on my own RX300), that a bit of gasket sealant is used to prevent any small vacuum from occurring.
