P0115 could be related to the engine coolant temperature sensor itself (if it still shows up after replacing the B2S1 sensor) or even the thermostat (though less likely).

Thanks!! Replaced the AF senor using a denso one I ordered online for about $155 and the mechanic put it in for $50 and reset the computer to see if any other problems came up. The $50 was worth my time not trying to haggle around with it myself. All is good and thanks for the help!
