Goodday does anyhow know where i can buy some headers for my 2000 lexus rx300

Are you looking for aftermarket or stock OE manifolds?

Carguy im looking for performance headers with down pipes if possible i was doing some searchs on google and came up with a few names like OBX & XERA but dont know where to buy

Welcome to the Club.

Better off having a shop fabricate them. Closest things are the JP Performance headers for the Camry/ES300, but I'm not convinced they fit quite right underneath the engine block, though the actual manifolds should fit. I actually had a custom exhaust made right off of both exhaust manifolds. Take a look at page 3 on my car domain page below.
