Hi there, I just purchased 2000 rx300 and didn't realize that the back hatch lower inside trim panel was missing. Do you know where I can purchase this item. is it easy to install? if you have trunk cover for sale, please let me know. Thanks.

 

Welcome to Club Lexus. I'd try one of the auto recyclers (junk yards) that specialize in Lexus. You can find them by looking at eBay. It is obvious that some companies are parting out RX300s. It might help to e-mail them a photo of what the hatch looks like now, since It isn't too clear to me what part you mean. As I recall, there are several plastic pins/clips that attach the part. It has been a number of years since I took mine off to get to the center brake light.

 

For both those upper and lower trims, just line up those plastic anchors and push it in. I did it several times in order to fix the frozen latch for the door handle.
