Default turning throttle cable nuts (for better response)does that change your shift points?

Lex,when you described turning the throttle cable nuts to the left(for better response)does that change your shift points at all? Or doesnt this act like a detent cable for the transmission?

Doesn't change shift points. All it does is open the throttle body butterflies fullly horizontal and when you step on the accelerator the tighter cord as result gives mores response. I like having the cable over the more modern electronic throttles (which have delays).

About how many turns do you go? I mean do you know when it is enough?

Just put it as far left as you can go. There will be a point where you can't go any further, but it shouldn't fall off, it should just come to a stop and then don't force it.
