Default Dashboard removal help

Looks like I have no choice but to remove the dashboard in order to access the air box to investigate my driver side heating problem. After three months of ownership, my 1999 has yet to receive adequate heat to the driver side of the vehicle. I have read all the articles pertaing to the modifications and servo testing and this RX300 won't pass heat from the air box to the driver side. Defogger, front vent and floor vents work great for the passenger side but the driver side receives cold to ambient temperature on all three settings. I purchased the shop manual which provides basic assistance with the procedure but thought I would send a note out to members.
