After 2 years of me changing my RX from a daily car that my grandpa drove to a daily rocket I fly around in, I have noticed many changes. My most recent observation is that she likes to always be moving and she gets angry when she is stopped...

should I worry if my car idles at about 3 mph?

I noticed tonight at a red light that the speedometer was not all the way down to 0. It was more/less inbetween 0-5, but closer to 5.

so weird!

should i be worried about anything, or should I just take it as a positive response from my car haha?

 

What rpms are you getting at idle?

My RX has been angry ever since the day I put on a direct flow exhaust.

 

Yea I think my exhaust is what has pissed her off. I'm idling fine, nothing has changed except for some cold starts when its like 70 at night hahahah. Then she idles at like 1200 for a little but then goes right down when i put it into gear (even neutral). I'm just wondering if my whole speedo is off, because that would technically make me look like im going 3 mph over the limit even though my speedo says the limit...

 

I started having high idles at the start the moment I put my first direct flow muffler on and I think my lead foot affected the ECU enough over time, but eventually she would settle down to about 750 rpm.
