Welcome to Club Lexus.

A couple of key questions. Are you saying that you no longer have a working master key? Are you sure the battery you put in the key is good? I think I'd try another from another source just to be sure.

If you do a search on this forum, I think you'll find plenty of discussions of your options.

Actually I did tried the remedy and it was working as instructed but when I did the final step it did not program the remote.
I think remote went bad although it shows red light when I press any button.
any good web site to buy new remote?

OK, since you were trying to program the remote (master key), you must have a working remote (master) key. Right?

Is the key you were trying to program cut for the locks? If so, it would seem to me the lowest cost method would be to buy a used RX300 key on eBay and swap the electronic innards with the already cut key. Then, follow the programming instructions.

There are places on the internet (and locally, like a dealer) to buy a cut key, or a blank ready to be cut, but it sounds like you already have that. Either you or a mechanic (dealer) have to go through the programming steps to get a remote associated with the car.
