P0125 is usually an accompanying error. The fact you have a pending meant that the error was noticed before, but become enough of an issue (registered about 40 times) enough that it decided to go to a full P1150. That is the from A/F sensor. I would check to make sure you do not have any air leak on that pipe (from the A/F sensor upward) and in addition I would recheck the resistances (sensor readings) you are getting off that sensor. I can't really tell you much more than that, sorry.
