When going over speed bumps are anything that causes the rear of my car to rise and fall sharpely I hear a squeaky sounds. It sounds like my car has arthridus. It is especially noticeable when the weahter is cold. Has anyone exprienced this before.

your bushings probably need to be lubricated. I had the same issue with my 93 ES300, every time I went over a speed bump, I heard 'creak, creak'. Cost me $45 at the Lexus expert shop and it was fixed. I feared bringing it up in the past since it might have meant buying new shocks, etc. Turned out to be a small item - only wish I had done it sooner.
What you are hearing is the cold rubber which is preventing smooth movement of metal. You have to get the bushing lubed with silicon lubricant or wait for warmer weather to return.
You need the RX up on the lift to shoot the lubricant on each rubber mount.
