Difference between Rx300 and Rx300 Silversport

I had never heard of a silversport until we started looking around at about a million RX's after we decided thats what we wanted. Initially what attracted me was the one solid color which I think looks a million times better than the two-tone (just an opinion). Also I am 25 as of today (Happy b-day me!)and my fiance is 22. I like the little bit stiffer suspension and the leather. Wood grain is okay but the polished aluminum just seemed to fit our preference. So maybe the silversport was just made to appeal to the younger generation?(LOL) It makes the RX look and feel a lot sportier, this package is what got me away from looking at the MDX.

Hello to all... Just purchase my 2001 RX3 Silversport some how the Silversport emblem by the lift gate below the RX300 is missing and wanted to replace the Silversport floor mat and rear cargo as well. I called around few Lexus dealership parts dept. all are discontinued item. anyone out there knows any sources where to get them? I will greatly appreciated.

Silversport vs. Non-Silversport
I currently have a 2001 Lexus RX 300 non silversport with 181k miles. Not to mention, a salvaged title. The thing has suffered many mechanical issues and I’m about ready to let go after 1 year of good use. I’m looking for a replacement Lexus RX 300 silversport edition with 152k miles. What’s the difference between the non and with silversport? And is it worth the switch?
