Default Radio upgrade

Hello all,
Has anyone installed a Sirius radio into their RX? I have installed the Sirius unit in my Ford truck using an aftermarket 'plug - Y connector' which fooled the stock radio into thinking it had two CD players (one single disc in the main radio, and the second a remote unit). It worked great, however I've been unable to find the same adaptor for the RX.

With my '99 RX I have the 6 disc changer plumbed into the Nakamichi system, and want to hard wire in RCA plugs to maintain the great digital sound from Siruius. I've contemplated jumping into the output harness of the changer and installing RCA plugs there. But it would be so much cleaner if there was some sort of plug / joint / adaptor out there.

Any thoughts anyone?

thanks
fireken

Search for Aux-in.

The problem is differential signals at non standard levels. [A necessary evil to get superior noise immunity] makes the addition/alteration extremely difficult.

Look in Audio/video section as the issue plagues more than just RX lineup.

I use a cassette adapter. Works great. Better than FM modulator.
