Default Air Fuel Sensor location

Where is the A/F sensor located in a 2000 RX300 ?

Can it be serviced / cleaned ?

There are two A/F sensors and one O2 sensor.

The two A/F sensors and O2 sensor are located in the following areas noted in the next few photos.

Unless you have CEL that indicates a possibility of an A/F sensor (and even then let us know in forum what the codes are before doing anything), I don't advocate taking them out or cleaning them.
