A/F Sensor NUT size

A/F Sensor NUT size
One of the bolt and both nuts of the a/f sensor just broke off under my car. Not sure if this is bank 2 sensor 1, it is located under the car, position around right under the seat. These bolts are welded to the exhaust and one of the bolt was so rusted that it just broke off. The other is still OK but the nut came loose and fell off also. I noticed this when the exhaust popped and making a loud noise. Now, I cannot find that same nut size and with the correct thread. Can anyone tell me where I can get this or size that I need. Thanks

Btw, that sensor, after catalyst, is not an A/F sensor, it is Heated Oxygen Sensor.
