Sorry I forgot the codes of what I had but Lexus dealership found the problem I THINK. They had my car on a hoist and they found out that the exhaust downpipe was missing or had a blown gasket and the gasket in the manifold was blown or missing also. I guess this was why I had the O2 sensor and vaccumm sensor come up. I ordered the gaskets from a body shop should come in soon. Cause we found this out because my exhaust sounded like it had a leak. It was making this noise like :bo bo bo bo: or something like that hahaha. Sorry no sounds on the internet.

 

Well, that accordion part of the piping does crack on older RX300s. I actually had an issue once with the gasket before the main cat. Made a terrible racket, but fortunately no code.

One time, my uncle was welding the old accordion piece of pipe under the engine and we had to move the RX to another spot (couldn't push it), so we started it up and it sounded exactly like an early 1950s Mercury (you remember the movie Cobra) that one of my relatives had in Ohio.
