Sorry to hear about your loss.

Options are ..

Live with it.
Patch it.
Have it repaired by Lexus recommended body shop.

I know exactly how you feel... My '01 RX300's driver-side
door got keyed a couple of months ago. It was deep
and required professional repainting. See photo below.

After careful research, I found a local Lexus dealer's own
bodyshop. I had made the right choice. Their service was
excellent and I was kept informed daily of the work status.
Three days later, I picked it up.

The whole door and adjoining area was painted/color-matched.
I am a very picky person, and which Lexus owner isn't?
It looked great! I could not tell it was repainted at all...
In fact, I took it to another Lexus dealer(which I use for regular
services because it's closer), the service advisors there couldn't
figure out which panel was repainted... Metallic silver is
one of the hardest colors to do....

If you're in the Washingotn/Baltimore area, please take your
RX to Pohanka(Lexus) bodyshop in Chantilly, VA. You'll be
glad you did!!!

yes, it was deep...

Now it looks better than new, thanks to the guys at the
Lexus dealer bodyshop...

In fact, I was so impressed by their work, I'm going to
have them paint my AMG C43 next week... also silver...

Well, your scratch is pretty deep. Mine is not that deep. Also my car is white so you can't tell unless you focus in on it. Is there another alternative than painting the whole door? That seems expensive. Post pictures of the work done afterwards.
