Try looking on ebay, or wrecked RX's. I don't think there are any on ebay currently, but if you find someone on there selling car parts, especially lexus parts, e-mail him/her and ask if they have one.
If nothing else you can buy one from the dealer, but its over $300:eek: Plus, two hours of labor to install. It is not just a screw on ****. They have to take apart part of the console to install it. Takes a while partly because the shifter has the overdrive button that needs to be connected. Good luck finding one
