hi guys,i am new to this forum,i bought a 2003 rx300.the a/c blower is inop.the a/c itself works fine,anybody have any idea how to fix it?thanks

 

The fan assembly is under control of an ECM. If the indicators show what the fan is doing, meaning the fan speed indicator bars don't show the fan is working.

Is it also not working with the heater/defrost functions

It's possible your under warranty? It just might be a Lexus only task to repair, as they have the parts available.
