I have the '03 updated DVD and it seemed worse than the original! Anything newer for this vehicle?

I believe that a new 2005 DVD NAV disc will come out in late January 2006. Unknown as to how much better the 2005 disc will be. Some previous posts have indicated that the NAV updates will only update the data (roads, Canada, etc) not the functionality of the NAV system (DVD movies; phone/address connection). Hope this helps. I'm waiting for the new 2005 DVD mine's the 2000 version!

Steelgtr, I have been looking at getting dvd nav for my 2001 RX .. what do you have ? I am looking for the one that mounts well .. any ideas.
