I implemented the parking brake and speed sensor hack that allows you to type in destinations while you are driving but my experience differed slightly from other posts.

Anyone else ever run into this?

On my 2002 RX300, the wire colors are red with white stripe and violet with white stripe.

I read that I should ground the parking brake and leave the speed signal floating open.

When I put the unit in diag mode, it was still showing a speed signal and it wouldnt let me enter destinations while moving.

I grounded the speed signal and then everything appeared to work.

Anyone else have this issue?
