Chilton Reference for RX300/330
Just browsed thru the local library today. I found a set of Chilton's Reference. Two thick volumes cover Asian cars. To my amazement, all models of Lexus were in it. I read the RX300 section.
Unfortunately it only covers some mechanicals such as the engine, CV joints, alternator, etc. but not the tranny or radiator. It doesn't cover simple stuff like changing light bulbs or removing door panels. Also the level of detail is lacking. It appears to be just a reference for pros, not step-by-step instructions for the weekend mechanics.
It has wheel alignment specs and torque specs for just about everything. That's helpful for those who know what they are doing under the hood.
