Do you think the RX is a girls car?

I see just as many guys driving RX 330s as women. If it is a girls car, all I can say is I like getting in touch with my feminine side.

If you equate women and the RX, I think the newer RX330 with it revised appearance will draw more males to its demographics. The more aggressive front-end and highly revised rear give the car a more sleek and stylish stance that I think appeals to everyone.

Is it a manly man's car? Is any upscale automobile a manly man's car? Informally, I see plenty of male RX drivers (including myself). What's not to like? In it's own way, it's more practical than the ES because of the available AWD and RSE. A great car for a guys who have one or two kids who still want to drive an "affordable" Lexus that will go almost anywhere. I like the GX, but not the fuel economy and not the premium price for not really any more interior room. I'll never go off road. I live in a hilly subdivision and we do get some snow. The RX is perfect for me and my family.

ditto derek.....and some of the others. my rx is perfect for me and my family. it doesnt hog up the garage like a "manly" hummer, and it doesnt look like a fixed up toyota like an IS300. its perfecf for our needs and allows me to have some fun as well. if thats a girls car, then so be it.

At first I thought the RX was a chick car. Then I started to look at all SUV's and from what I saw, most all SUV's are driven by woman, not just the RX, even H2s. The more I paid attention to who was driving what, it seemed that there was a pretty healthy mix with the RX. That is except for the Miata that is definitely a chick car. Not that that matters of course.

I drive one and no questionit is a chick car. Nice for Mom to get teh kids and go to the store or mall. Drives like a living room on wheels.

BTW, my wife won't drive it, she likes her BMW.

Are you sure you aren't driving Lincoln Town Car? A frend at work has one, and that's what I told him about it. The RX 330 DOES NOT drive like that!

These are all very funny.

All I have to say is I would not drive it without the family in the RX.

No. I see many men and women driving it. But I would say it is more suitable for older people. The reason I say that is because I don't recall seeing many young people driving it, besides me borrowing my parents'.

I'm 32 (I acually bought it in April of 03 so I was 31) do I count as young I bought the RX330 for my wife but I have no problem driving it. If anyone gets cocky and wants to race me or something I'll just asked them if I can use my Acura Seriously, it doesn't bother me at all what people think. If I like it I'm fine with it.
