Question Air Conditioner Efficiency/Performance?

What do you do to help your a/c cool down a hot rx quicker? I have tried several tricks/methods to get the interior to cool quickly. I want to hear yours... Here are mine...

[1] Overdrive Off [from D to 4]
[2] Recirculation off and crack open the sunroof for a couple of minutes
[3] Aim vents for a horizontal flow instead of up to the ceiling.
[4] Keep a 1/2 car length distance between me and the car in front at a light. So their exhaust isn't fed into my condensor.

I guess I'm just picky, but I want an a/c unit that will cool a 120 degree interior down to 72 in less than 10 minutes. How about you?

Tint the driver and passenger window.
Use sun reflector when parked outside.
