Default 03 rx300

Hi,
i have rx300 with 247k miles. Shes a little gruff but love it. Anyway just told my mechanic while picking up my 330 from service what was going on and concerned of knock sensors and he shook his head and said it's probably something else.
Went to AutoZone and this was my read out...I do have exhaust issue I need to address that just happened.
Questions:
Is it really as involved as it sounds to replace them and average I should pay for this?
I had read somewhere there is a workaround but not sure of that whole process.
here is my report

There is a workaround for the knock sensor P0330: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...ck-repair.html

The P420 might be triggered by the exhaust leak

The 441 442 446 could be multiple things. Start by making sure the gas cap is on tight and that the evap hose connected to the back of the air filter box is connected.

You should get your own code reader. Being able to read and clear codes is essential

First take care of the primary faults. Do not embark on faults that are not primary.

Thank you. What do you think is primary?

See your attached photo, it shows 0441, 0442 & 0446 as primary and others are listed as secondary.

If you trust your mechanic and the mechanic will do repairs then don't mess with the codes.
If DIY then note the codes and clear them.
Once CEL returns, check the code(s) immediately.
Fix/repair and recheck.

Why? At times the other codes come up as the engine auto adjusts for the primary fault and can get into extreme position.

Knock sensor is the worst code you have this puts the engine computer into limp mode, poor gas mileage and no overdrive. That should be fixed first, if you fix everything else and never fix PO330 then you've wasted your money IMO.
