I have had PartsShopMax adustable upper and lower control arms and RR-Racings R&T coilovers on my car for over 2years with no noise issues. However, I used to have a clunking noise on my daily driver and it happened to be an upper suspension arm bolt that the diameter wasn't correct in size and caused the control arm to "clunk" over any bump or undulation.....racked my brain for months as to what the issue was.....could never figure out that's what it was. Then I replaced the bolt and did measuring specs and sure as ****.....it was smaller in diameter than an OEM replacement. Once the new bolt was in.....no more clunking noises. I would have never thought that......Just may help you as another place to look for that clunking noise.

Check the rear coilover springs, very tight clearance back there (paper thin) between the spring and the body of the car. I had some clunking noises in the rear, turns out the springs were ever so slightly touching the body and wearing into the rubber material that’s sprayed in the wheel well. I added rubber isolators to the springs and the noise is gone. You stated the noise from the front as well, I went crazy with the same thing and disconnected the front sway bar end links, sound went away. Replaced end links (even though oem links appeared perfectly fine with no visual rips or play) and the sound went away.

Hey there -- having similar issues on my RR racing R/T coils -- wondering which (or what kind of) rubber isolators did you use?

IMO, RR Racing makes low quality products. I personally wouldn't buy anything from them.

Hi,

The original poster of this thread seems to have the double adjustable Shocks we used from Silvers. Afte a few complaints of noise, we discontinued them. If you are having a problem today with something. Please feel free to contact us.

If we haven't posted, it probably means we don't know it's here. A customer just sent this to me today. You've been around a while, I'm sure you know at this point we address everything we see.

What product of ours did you have an issue with? Did you reach out for help?
