Hey, so, I ran into a small snag with my recently aquired RCF, the front section of fender liner/splash shield fell and had to be cut off due to dragging. It seems that it fell because of tears where the screws mount, however, my question is if it can be replaced if the bumper screw tabs have been broken, it looks like all the tabs that the screws go through into the bumper have been broken.
The reason I ask is one of the shops I use didn't want to replace the part because they thought it might fall again, but I think it would be fine since the piece can still screw in where it needs to. Thoughts?
Which bumper tab is broken? IIRC, the front corner attaches to a plastic piece and not a bumper tab. I could be wrong.
The plastic tab that screws into the bumper, which also uses the same screw to pass through the circled screw hole on the liner is what has broken, but, i believe it screws into the frame/chassis there so even without the bumper to hold it I would think it would hold.

Reason: Made a mistake

It should be fine, you don’t want to leave the oil cooler uncovered under there. I’d still get an intact fender liner and secure it somehow, plus it sort of tucks up over the bumper underlip anyway.
