Default wheel curb scrapes...

Wife drives poorly and is not very good anymore about parallel parking (she's 75). Came home in tears from the hairdresser saying she ruined a wheel. Gotta say, it is an impressive scrape. Any hints on cosmetic repair? I won't replace it since she's not getting younger and will still drive for a few more years.

Yes, that should be possible. My Lexus dealership has a guy who fixes these for Lexus cars. Charges about $200 per scratch/scrape etc., but apparently does a great job. Your Lexus dealership might have something similar.

I decided (after viewing some YouTube videos) to give a DIY attempt. I used the sandpaper wheel on my dremel to smooth the chafe. Then I used one of those scratch pens. It's not perfect, but it is much less noticeable and will do for me. 4 feet away you have to know it is there to see it.
