I'm in the process of retrofitting the 2020+ RCF diffuser onto my 2015 model. I can say that the large black "valence" panel is about an inch wider on the 2020 bumper, so I'm having to do some plastic cutting and splicing for that project.

Since the Novel looks like it fits over the valence panel, it won't be a direct swap onto the facelift bumper. It won't cover the OEM panel fully and might end up looking odd.

If you're feeling froggy on a retrofit though, the Novel GSF diffuser MIGHT fit the facelift bumper if you remove the stock diffuser in the middle from the valence. This is just a hunch looking at pictures, someone would need to take some measurements to verify the spacing between the mufflers is the same between the RCF & GSF.
